Three Phases That Actually Work
Most programs throw everything at you at once. We break it down differently. Each phase builds on what you've already learned, so you're never stuck wondering what to do next.
Foundation Months
You'll figure out what kind of online business fits your situation. Not some trendy idea, but something practical. We look at your skills, time, and what the market actually needs right now in Australia.
Building Stage
This is where things get real. You'll set up your online presence, learn how to reach people without burning through money, and test your ideas with actual customers. Most participants launch something small during this phase.
Growth Period
Once you've got something running, we help you make it sustainable. You'll learn what to keep doing, what to drop, and how to handle the messier parts of running an online venture—customer issues, pricing adjustments, scaling sensibly.

What You'll Actually Learn
Forget the theory overload. We focus on what you need to get started and keep going. Our next intake begins September 2025, running through March 2026.
- Finding viable business ideas based on market research you can do yourself
- Setting up your online infrastructure without needing technical background
- Understanding Australian e-commerce regulations and tax basics
- Marketing strategies that work when you're starting with little budget
- Managing customer relationships and handling feedback constructively
- Financial planning that keeps you realistic about costs and revenue
Who You'll Learn From
These folks have been running online businesses for years. They've made plenty of mistakes along the way, which makes them better at helping you avoid the same ones.

Callum Fenwick
E-commerce Specialist
Callum started his first online shop in 2016 selling handmade goods. It failed. His second attempt worked better. Now he runs three different stores and helps others understand the logistics side of things—shipping, inventory, dealing with suppliers.

Brigid Kowalski
Digital Marketing Advisor
Brigid spent eight years in corporate marketing before going solo. She teaches the unglamorous parts of online marketing—how to write emails people actually read, where to spend your first advertising dollars, and why most social media advice is useless.

Lachlan Stormberg
Business Development Coach
Lachlan's background is in consulting, but he got tired of advising big companies. He works with people building service-based businesses online—consultants, coaches, freelancers. His specialty is helping you figure out what to charge and how to structure offers.
